Some may say that the Winter season is drawing to a close, but with the epic snow fall this season, the slopes are ready to come alive.  leaving the Winter season on a high Ready for Spring and Summer fun.

Snowboxx Festival

Snowboxx is one of the largest winter festivals in its new home of Avoriaz.  This year will see some of the biggest names in music set alongside one of the biggest ski areas in Europe – with acts such as Grandmaster Flash, Sigma as well as chart smashing Blonde and double MOBO award winning man of the hour Stormzy.  Revellers can ski by day and party by night in the brand new festival village that is being created exclusively for Snowboxx 2016 – a hub of activity from stages, snowball fights to VIP terraces and more!

Chamonix Unlimited

In the shadow of Mont Blanc, Chamonix Unlimited festival takes place.  Not only is it a music event, but it is a different experience that everybody can enjoy, from hardcore skiers to music lovers and mountain enthusiasts. Acts like Maceo Plex and Seth Troxler will be accompanying them amongst the mountains.  Festival goers can  simply lose themselves  in the beautiful  streets of Chamonix, take advantage of great deals on all the shops for the great end of season sale and enjoy free concerts downtown.

Horizon Festival

With 30 parties across the week from 2pm- 7am, Bansko welcomes Horizon Festival. Secret mountain hotels, forest stages, medieval banquet halls, pools, go-go bars and abandoned factories. Safe to say there is a lot going on in resort at this time of year. Amongst the numerous super clubs and bars, Horizon Festival focuses on  the electronic music scene with international DJ’s.  For those who need a little time out, Bansko have spas and thermal pools on offer, or even just a woander down the ancient streets and historical churches. Mix it up.

Snowbombing

Snowbombing returns this year with another amazing line-up. Acts including Example, Groove Armada, Mr Scruff, DJ Yoda and Norman Jay. In the alpine setting of Mayrhofen, Austria, Snowbombing  promises an action packed week. With Arctic Disco in an igloo village, and a lot of “bonus bonkerism”. The Brits, Laax, Switzerland
