Lynsey Devon is delighted to announce the launch of Heaven Publicity Limited, a new bespoke PR agency for the travel industry. In her role as Heaven Publicity’s Managing Director, Lynsey brings to the new company a wealth of experience across a range of sectors within the travel industry.
After spending 19 years with Hotelplan UK (where she was in-house head of PR for six brands including Inghams and Interhome), she joined TUI PLC in 2008; since then she has managed the PR operations for the Specialist and Activity Sector globally, overseeing brands including Headwater, Thomson Sport, Sportsworld, RealGap, i-to-i Volunteering, Imaginative Traveller, Gullivers Sports Travel, JCA, SkiBound and International Academy, to name a few.
Lynsey has led strategic media campaigns including the launch of Japan as a destination to the UK ski market, Sport Relief’s cross-Channel water ski challenge featuring Christine Bleakley, the launch of JCA’s flagship property Condover Hall, and the Winter Olympics publicity campaign for Sportsworld in Vancouver in 2010. Lynsey consistently delivers unrivalled coverage to all the campaigns she is associated with, thanks to her outstanding connections in the media, her creativity in developing strong story angles, and the dedicated and perfectionist approach she brings to her work.
