With 25 years’ experience representing tourism and lifestyle businesses around the world, Lynsey is one of the UK’s best known and most respected names in travel PR. Having spent two decades establishing Hotelplan as a leader in the luxury ski, city breaks and villa fields, she set up Heaven Publicity in 2012 after overseeing PR for TUI Travel PLC’s Specialist Activity Sector and its acclaimed stable of 104 companies.
There are few travel-related areas that haven’t benefitted from Lynsey’s invaluable expertise already. What’s more, she’s as comfortable promoting charity events and retail brands as she is pushing hospitality and tourism-related companies – a skill that ensures the Heaven team is equally confident securing print, digital and broadcast coverage outside the traditional travel pages as well as within them. Plus, she is consistently asked to share her vast knowledge with others, and is a regular on the judging panel at the World Snow Awards, presented by the Telegraph Ski & Snowboard Magazine; further proving her talents and expertise as ‘Snow Queen’.
With her exuberant personality, unrivalled black book of media, blogger and celebrity influencers and passion for new experiences, Lynsey’s hands-on approach could be exactly what you need to inject energy into your business.

She moved in-house to TUI Group in 2011, spending five years as PR Manager for Thomson, First Choice, Thomson Airways and Thomson Cruises focusing on generating coverage for the brands in the travel pages and beyond. She also has extensive experience in crisis communications, with developing the appropriate messaging for challenging situations a speciality of hers.
Chloe loves to travel. Over the years her backpack has been retired and she now seeks out the comfort of a hotel rather than an overnight bus journey, but her love of seeing new places and experiencing different cultures remains.
With over 17 years’ experience Charlotte started off her career working in the aviation industry at Virgin Atlantic and won the PR Week award in 2002 for crisis management – ‘I Love NY’ campaign following the events of 9/11. This included filming projects such as BBC Celebrity MasterChef, a photo/film shoot for Victoria Secret, filming of Necker Island for ‘The Oprah Winfrey Show’ amongst others.
In her spare time, Charlotte likes to try and travel to a new destination at least once a year to experience new cultures. She counts herself lucky to have had many amazing experiences over the years, which include travelling on a private jet to a Caribbean island, paragliding in the Swiss Alps and a tandem skydive in Australia.

Having fallen in love with Italy’s cuisine, coffee and snow-perfect mountains during the three years she spent living in Bologna, Emma’s combined her biggest passions since returning to London and introducing a high-octane dimension to the Heaven team.

All of which makes Sharon perfectly placed to help create memorable events, from journalist trips and industry gatherings to press conferences and client training sessions.
