Get a head start on your skiing and save with VIP SKI

Always planning ahead to organise the best possible holidays for its guests, VIP SKI has introduced more holidays for early-season and Christmas skiing in the Alps. The specialist ski company is offering £100pppn short breaks to Val d’Isère, St Anton and Lech; TDC ski clinics in Val d’Isère and family-friendly offers for Christmas and New Year.

With Christmas Day falling on a Sunday this year, the departure dates for the first four weeks of the season will be Monday to Monday until 8th January when they will return to VIP SKI’s usual Sunday to Sunday departures. Bookings for 2nd January will be for six nights, instead of seven (Monday – Sunday).

Why opt for early-season skiing?
By booking early, not only do skiers get the best choice of VIP SKI’s chalets and resorts, they can also secure extras such as nannies or ski school places on peak dates. Reservations can be made right now with just a 15% deposit and the remaining balance will be due 10 weeks before guests’ departure date.

Just imagine the scene, pistes lined with the first snow of winter and the resorts that little bit quieter, so VIP SKI’s guests can make the most of the slopes, avoid endless chair lift queues and can improve their skiing right at the beginning of the season. They can even be the first to stay in VIP SKI’s new chalets in Courchevel and new Hotel Theodul in Lech. With VIP SKI’s very reasonable early-season pricing, what could be better than enjoying a luxury ski holiday for less?

Short breaks
Those short on time can still squeeze in a ski holiday with VIP SKI’s early season short breaks. For just £100 per person per night, skiers can head to Val d’Isère between 5 and 19 December, and Lech or St Anton between 12 and 19 December for a minimum stay of three nights. A quick fire way to feel refreshed at the start of the season.
This price excludes travel to and from the resort so that guests can opt for travel times and prices that work for them. However, VIP SKI would be delighted to arrange this for guests should they wish.

TDC Clinics in Val d’Isère
Skiers looking to improve their technique or confidence can book VIP SKI’s ski clinic package. Guests would spend the week in the new VIP SKI CLUB Aspen, enjoying VIP SKI’s service and catering and can choose either three or five days’ coaching with TDC as well. TDC coaches are unrivalled in their ability to improve people’s skiing whilst delivering a fun and inspiring course: rather than pre-planned lessons and drills, their approach is based around coaching skiers on their style as an individual, allowing them to really make a breakthrough in confidence and ability.
Priced from £629pp (saving £104) for seven night’s catered accommodation and a three-day clinic with three hours a day of TDC coaching.

Pre-Christmas week
VIP SKI is offering skiers the chance to stay in any chalet in Meribel or Val d’Isère from just £1,000pp for the week before Christmas. Although VIP SKI has changed its Christmas departure dates to Monday to Monday in December this year, skiers who prefer to be away from Saturday to Saturday can do so on 17 December and return in time to spend Christmas at home.

Christmas offers
VIP SKI knows that Christmas is a time to be spent with the family, which is why they have come up with some family-friendly offers to make Christmas more affordable. When two fully-paying adults book any of VIP SKI’s family rooms, their first child stays for free and a second child  for half price. Book a whole chalet and VIP will give a free nanny or half price for families who book by the room.

But that’s not the only treat that VIP SKI has in store. During their stay, VIP SKI’s guests can indulge on homemade mince pies and mulled wine when they return from the slopes on Christmas Eve. They can then wrap up warm and join VIP SKI for a jolly Christmas carol service where Santa will bear gifts for the little ones. Then, on Christmas day, guests can feast on delicious Christmas fare with all the trimmings and home comforts until their stomachs pop. They’ll be able to sit back, relax and enjoy the food, company and merriment without having to lift a finger.

There is of course no expectation or pressure for guests to be swept away by the festive holiday spirit; guests who prefer to relax in front of the TV are free to do so. The VIP SKI Christmas elves are always on hand to make it the best possible Christmas; one that guests will never forget.

New Year offers
To start the new year with a bang, VIP SKI is offering a free place to children staying in Altitude Lodge, a convivial chalet-hotel located in Les Gets. Here, guests will be able to mingle with fellow skiers as they count down to 2017 or enjoy a quiet evening together in one of the family rooms. What’s more, in all of VIP SKI’s family rooms the first child stays for free when staying with two fully-paying adults, allowing more pocket money to spend on some celebratory bubbly.
